Non-Registered Service

Gloucester Health Access Centre runs a Non-Registered service.

This GP led service is held at Gloucester Health Access Centre in Quayside House, Quay Street, Gloucester (GL1 2TZ) and is open 7 days a week.

Who can use the Non-Registered service?

Anyone can attend the Non-Registered service.

This includes:

  • People who are not registered with a GP surgery.
  • People who are registered with a GP surgery but are unable to access an appointment at their own GP surgery. (You will remain registered with your own GP as normal)

Opening hours

The unregistered service is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm, including bank holidays.

Home visits are not available to non-registered patients.

How to register with a GP surgery

Anyone in England can register with a GP surgery to access NHS services. It’s free to register.

You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
