Big Health Day is an annual event for people with a physical or learning disability, sensory loss or mental health support needs. It aims to be a fun and inclusive event which encourages people to participate in sport, physical exercise and social activities and to engage with services and organisations which can provide support. It has run for 17 years at different venues. For the last few years it has been held at Oxstalls Sports Park in Gloucester.
